About the Role:
You will be the cornerstone of our services, ensuring that every farewell is conducted with the highest standard of excellence and empathy. This role is dynamic and varied, providing an opportunity to make a significant impact in our community during moments of grief.
● Delivering superior customer service and care to families.
● Handling logistical aspects of funeral services, including the transfer of the deceased and vehicle care.
● Coordinating with clergy, celebrants, and cemetery offices.
● Communicating effectively with families and ensuring their needs are met with sensitivity.
● Managing and directing services, including AV systems and large gatherings, with confidence and poise.

Who We Are Looking For:
